The "Tizkoret" service (hereinafter: "the Service") provides automatic reminders to users via:

• WhatsApp - Text messages directly to mobile phone
• SMS - Short text messages
• Email - Electronic messages to the mailbox

The service operates on a one-time request basis and does not require registration or storage of personal information.

User Responsibility

By using the service, the user undertakes to:

1. Correct Information: Provide correct communication details (phone number, email address)
2. Appropriate Content: Ensure that the reminder content is appropriate and does not contain offensive or illegal content
3. Reasonable Use: Not to abuse the service for sending spam or harassing messages
4. Legal Rights: Ensure that they have the right to receive messages at the specified number/address

Service Limitations

The service is subject to the following limitations:

• Dependence on External Providers: The service depends on the availability of WhatsApp, SMS and email providers
• No 100% Availability Guarantee: Technical failures or delays in sending may occur
• Technical Limitations: The service is subject to the limitations of external providers (such as blocks or filters)
• Message Content: Message length is limited according to the technical limitations of each channel

"Tizkoret" company undertakes to:

• Best Efforts: Do our best to send reminders at the requested time
• Data Security: Protect information during the temporary processing process
• Service Quality: Maintain high service quality and technical stability
• Transparency: Update on technical problems or service disruptions

Privacy and Security

Tizkoret service operates on the principle of "Zero Data Storage":

• No storage of personal information in databases
• All information is processed temporarily and deleted immediately after sending
• No history of previous reminders
• No tracking or user profiling

Prohibited Uses

It is forbidden to use the service for:

1. Spam: Sending unwanted or harassing messages
2. Offensive Content: Messages containing violent, sexual or offensive content
3. Illegal Activity: Any use that may violate laws
4. Deception: Sending false or misleading information
5. Privacy Violation: Sending reminders to people without their consent

Payments and Pricing

Information about service pricing will be detailed separately and may change from time to time. Any change will be announced in advance on the website or in a message to registered users.

Payments are made through secure payment systems and there is no storage of credit details in our systems.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising from the use of the service will be resolved through:
